Eli's Village specializes in providing comprehensive special needs planning services to families. By identifying individual and family goals, we work with families to create an Exceptional Lifelong Individualized (ELI) Plan. Our plans are broken into three segments Financial Planning, Legal Planning, and Benefit and Support Planning. Through our planning process we are often able to help identify/link to resources and serves. As well as support our families with obtaining life insurance to help fund future special needs trusts.
In addition to our planning services we provide Concierge Casemanagement services to help families navigate benefits and services and serve as an additional advocate on the families behalf.
