Autistic Women's Support Group (Ages 18+) This support group is a safe, welcoming space for women ages 18 and older on the autism spectrum to connect, share experiences, and support one another. The group recognizes that autism can present differently in women and that many face unique challenges related to identity, relationships, mental health, work, and daily life. Our goal is to foster understanding, self-acceptance, and empowerment through open discussion, peer support, and shared resources. Participants are encouraged to engage at their own comfort level in a respectful, judgment-free environment. This group is open to autistic women ages 18+, including those who are self-diagnosed or exploring a diagnosis.
